Bio:

Bill Priestley is a New South Wales Barrister. He provides mediation services in the following areas of law: Family Law, Family Provision, Personal Injury, Negligence, Insurance Law and Contracts, Building Disputes and Land Disputes.

Bill has extensive experience as a lawyer in NSW and previously in the Northern Territory. Between 2014 and 2024 he was a Member of the Consumer and Commercial Division of the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

Qualifications:

Admitted to NSW Supreme Court 1991
Barrister since 2006 (N.T.) and 2011 (NSW)

Mediation:

Bill is a Nationally Accredited Mediator (NSW Bar Association) and a Registered Family Law Dispute Resolution Practitioner.

He is on the NSW Supreme Court and District Court’s lists of mediators, and is regularly appointed by the Courts to conduct pre-trial mediation.
